The location and people were very good. The rooms with stunning view, separate bedroom, as for instance. Late check-out was useful. A very comfortable stay with a good swimming pool.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Puerto del Carmen. Everywhere was clean, staff were beautiful, nice bed. I booked individual cheap room. The beach was tidy. The restaurant was excellent, it had excellent meals. The pool was great and the views were lovely.

Whole place was fairly clean with fabulous views; perfect location close to everything. We had separate bedrooms. Pool with the sea view was nice.

Staff were pleasant, so I liked my being there. Pool bar was good. A supermarket and shops were right next door. It took just 15 minutes by car to get to the airport. Excellent stay in the nice area.

The staff were VERY PLEASANT and the rooms were cheap. I got free upgrade and liked it. Absolutely brilliant view, small balcony. Very central location, great base for discovering Puerto del Carmen. Having different cold drinks in the poolside bar was a very nice touch.

polite staff, comfortable bed, generous breakfast. nice old building, spotless and large bedroom. the staff did all they can for a very enjoyable short stay. a clean beach, astonishing view. very good service provided too. in addition, the parking was outside.

The whole experience was fantastic. Genuinely helpful stuff and heated swimming pool. King studio was budget and bed was soft. Personally I enjoyed a perfect breakfast. Quick check-in too.

The bathroom I had was very dirty.
